My PLC (Professional Learning Community) has been using Google Docs to record minutes and to store shared assessment tools this year. This has been very helpful. The only trick has been to check the print preview feature before printing the part of the document you wish to have in hard copy. We choose to make one long document for the entire year-long project. We've found it important to double check the number of the page you wish to print (and also the alignment of any page breaks) so…

We touched on shared document tools in MILI. As a special ed teacher I use a shared document tool called iplan all the time. The Mili Junior class has been a great experience! I've learned a lot about new technology tools (well, new for me) such as Screencast-O-Matic, Common Craft, RSS Feeds, and more. I've also learned about unfamiliar features from familiar tools such as ELM, Google. I will definitely promote this class at my schools for the 2012-2013 school year. I'm also recommending this program to my "other school district" West Saint Paul Schools. Thanks everyone for sharing your great ideas!
